Tom Rossiter // President & Chief Executive Officer
Tom serves as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. During his time in this leadership position, Tom has led RESAAS to become a multi-award-winning global technology platform for the real estate industry. Some of real estate’s biggest brands leverage RESAAS to provide business intelligence to real estate brokerages, franchises and associations.
Prior to joining RESAAS, Tom was Managing Director of Lightmaker, an award-winning global digital agency, where he ran the Vancouver office following four years at their UK headquarters. During that time Tom led relationships and accounts for major global brands including Nike, Sony, Adobe, Nokia and Samsung.
Tom served on the Board of Directors for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), and serves as a Mentor for REACH, a real estate accelerator program from Second Century Ventures, the strategic investment arm of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Tom is considered a thought leader on international real estate trends, proptech, accessible interactive design and has been voted one of Vancouver’s Top Forty Under 40
Aarif Rashid // Director of Engineering
Aarif joined RESAAS in 2014 as a Senior Software Engineer and now holds the position of Director of Engineering. During his time at RESAAS, Aarif has led significant feature enhancements to the platform with a focus on quality, performance and security.
Before joining RESAAS, Aarif worked as a Technical Architect with Blast Radius, a global digital agency, where he helped deliver mission critical software solutions for industry leaders including Starbucks, Microsoft, Nike, Nintendo and Electronic Arts.
Aarif’s 25+ years in the Information Technology includes a background in Finance and Information Security.
James Huang // Managing Director, Commercial Real Estate
James joined RESAAS in 2022, initially on the Company’s Advisory Board, and now maintains the role of Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate.
Formerly, James was President of eXp Commercial, a division of eXp World Holdings, Inc., following his role as President of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates, where he grew the company across more than 20 states and into multiple countries.
Previously, James spent several years at Marcus & Millichap, a leading Commercial Real Estate company, after a tenure as Vice President at Morgan Stanley. James was most recently the National President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA).
Michael Dziekan // Director of Data Strategy
Michael joined RESAAS in 2026 as Director of Data Strategy, where he leads the Company’s initiatives to expand global partnerships, enhance capabilities, and deliver new products and services across the RESAAS ecosystem.
Michael is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, and analytics commercialization. His work spans organizations across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific, focusing on strategic growth through data and technology-driven innovation.
Throughout his career, Michael has held senior leadership roles in Corporate Strategy and as a Business Unit GM at TELUS, IBM, and Cognos, where he guided the development of data- and technology-driven strategies, scaled platforms and services, and helped organizations create long-term value through data, market intelligence, and technologies including Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things, and advanced analytics solutions.
