Howard has a lifelong background in the commercial retail market, as a family business owner, with over 1,000 locations across North America, and a 20+ year history in real estate as both an investor and consultant. Mr. Bregman has executed more than 300 real estate transactions, exceeding $1.5 Billion.

James Huang


James Huang is President of eXp Commercial, a division of eXp World Holdings, Inc.

Formerly, James was President of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates, where he grew the company across more than 20 states and into multiple countries. Previously, James spent several years at Marcus & Millichap, a leading Commercial Real Estate company, after a tenure as Vice President at Morgan Stanley. James was most recently the National President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA).

Formerly, Alex has held senior executive positions at real estate technology companies, venture firms, and public companies alike. These include Upstream (a real estate data company backed by the National Associations of REALTORS®), Second Century Ventures, and Market Leader (acquired by Trulia).

Nobu Hata is the Director, Association and Industry Affairs at Zillow.

Prior to joining Zillow, Nobu was CEO of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®, following his 8-year tenure as Director of Member Engagement for the National Association of REALTORS®, America’s largest trade association that represents 1.6 million real estate agents.

Nobu has been listed in Inman News’ “100 Most Influential in Real Estate” as well as Stefan Swanepoel’s “Top 200 Most Influential in Real Estate” multiple times.

Jay Pepper-Martens


Jay Pepper-Martens is the Chief Technology Officer at the San Fransisco Association of REALTORS® (SFAR).

Mr. Pepper-Martens brings over a decade of real estate experience relating to data standards, analysis, MLS systems, association rules and regulations, and industry outreach.

Prior to working at SFAR, Mr. Pepper-Martens worked in leadership positions at Yardi Systems, Inc., following its acquisition of Point2 Technologies in 2010. At the time, Point2 was integrated with more than 150 MLS systems.

Simon Bodymore


Simon Bodymore is the Chief Financial Officer of Tasktop Technologies Incorporated, a leading global supplier of integration software for developer tools.

Prior to this he was CFO of Wurldtech Security Technology (acquired by GE) as well as CFO of PNI Digital Media. His professional career also included being a senior manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Vancouver and Dublin, Ireland.

Wesley Graham is a Consultancy Manager at Blockchain at Berkeley, and tokenization analyst at Galaxy Digital.

Wesley is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in PoC consulting, use case research, token economics, and executive education – having worked with and educated hundreds of CEOs on blockchain fundamentals and tokenization strategies.
